Established by the Bondi family and Phil DiLosa in 1964, Chef Bondi’s has been a family favourite among locals and fans from afar for over 50 years.

At Chef Bondi’s, we use a vintage mid-century Blodgett stone deck oven to create our signature crispy, delicious pizzas.

Our goal is to offer our customers delicious pizza and classic Italian food right here in the “Railway City” of St. Thomas.

Over the years, our customers keep coming back for our signature pizzas, panzerotti and pasta baked to perfection in our stone deck oven.

In 2014, we celebrated our 50th year of operation. We look forward to serving you and your family for another 50 years!
